At Faith In Jesus, every item is made to order with care. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection — please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

However, we will always make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• Your order was misprinted or incorrect
• Your package was lost in transit

In any of these cases, contact us within 30 days of delivery at the email listed on your order confirmation. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
